Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) that is subject to no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record. pk984 will process such returns within a reasonable timeframe following closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
